At melinl, we strive to get your Hydro Hat and premium headwear to you quickly and securely, so you can start enjoying your water adventures sooner. Here’s everything you need to know about our shipping process:

Shipping Locations

We ship to the following destinations:

  • All 50 states in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii)
  • Canada
  • Select international countries (checkout for a full list of eligible locations)

Shipping Methods & Timelines

Once your order is processed (typically within 1–2 business days), we offer the following shipping options:

United States

  • Standard Shipping: 3–5 business days after processing. Delivery is via USPS or UPS.
  • Expedited Shipping: 2–3 business days after processing. Delivery is via UPS or FedEx.
  • Overnight Shipping: 1 business day after processing (available for orders placed before 12 PM ET).

Canada

  • Standard Shipping: 7–10 business days after processing.
  • Expedited Shipping: 4–6 business days after processing.

International (Outside US & Canada)

  • International Standard: 10–14 business days after processing (varies by country).
  • International Express: 5–7 business days after processing (for select countries).

Shipping Costs

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on:

  • Your delivery location
  • The shipping method you choose
  • The size and weight of your order

For US orders over $100, standard shipping is free.

Order Processing

  • Orders placed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays) are processed within 1–2 business days.
  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing the next business day.
  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order ships.

Tracking Your Order

Once your package ships, we’ll send a tracking number to the email address associated with your order. You can use this number to track your shipment through the carrier’s website (USPS, UPS, FedEx, etc.).

If you don’t see your tracking information within 3 business days of placing your order, contact us at [email protected] with your order number.

International Shipping Notes

  • Import duties, taxes, and customs fees are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the recipient.
  • Delivery times for international orders may be delayed due to customs processing, which is beyond our control.
  • We’re not responsible for packages held or returned by customs.

Address Changes

If you need to update your shipping address, contact us immediately at [email protected]. We can only modify addresses for orders that haven’t been shipped yet. Once a package is in transit, we can’t change the delivery location.

Lost or Stolen Packages

We’re not responsible for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. If your package is lost or stolen after delivery, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.

For packages that never arrive (tracking shows no delivery confirmation), contact us at [email protected] within 15 days of the estimated delivery date, and we’ll assist with resolving the issue.
